Just a short note to thank you for the outstanding customer service and personal attention to our needs you and your company have provided our family. As mentioned on the phone a couple of weeks ago, we have three Tibetan Terriers (Bear, Ted and Wendy) and a large pool here in Orange County in Southern California. One of our original concerns in moving in was the possibility of one of our dogs falling in the pool and not finding steps with which to exit the water. Seeing as how their lineage is as natives of Tibet, they haven't had a lot of practice swimming. The Terrapin Turtles have proven to be the perfect solution to our problem. In fact, the first day we were here, one of our pups fell in and sure enough, the alarm went off immediately. This has happened not just once, but twice in the two years we've had the home. Both times, the Turtles worked like a charm. By the way, this is a totally unsolicited testimonial. We just want to give credit where credit is due for such a wonderful product.
