RJE Technologies, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that if any manufacturing defect becomes apparent in this product, it will be repaired/replaced as follows:
- Base Station - 12 months from original date of purchase
- Gate Alarm Sensor - 12 months from original date of purchase
- Turtle sensor - 12 months from original date of purchase
- Turtle Power - 12 months from original date of purchase
- Other Accessories - 12 months from original date of purchase
Damage or the effects of misuse are not covered by this warranty.
- Call customer service for technical support before returning product.
- All returns must have RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) or they will not be accepted. 3. Technical support will issue RMA #.
- Repairs and/or replacements will be processed within 72 hours.
- Return product in original box with RMA# on outside of SHIPPING box.
- Do not place mailing label on Safety Turtle box.
- Include copy of original receipt.
- If not purchased directly from RJE, please contact the original seller for their return policy.
Product returned (not defective) will be inspected and a refund issued, less 25% restocking fee. No cash refund after 14 days. The product must be in the original box, complete and not used. Please request RMA# before returning any product. Product that is damaged or incomplete will be returned.

The provisions of this written warranty are in addition to and not a modification of or subtraction from the statutory warranties and other rights and remedies contained in any applicable legislation, and to the extent that any such provisions purport to disclaim, exclude or limit any such statutory warranties and other rights and remedies, such provisions shall be deemed to be amended to the extent necessary to comply therewith.
Do Not Buy Used. There is no way for you to determine the remaining battery level and hence the remaining life of a previously used Turtle. Purchase only from a reputable source.
