Lifesaving Resources View

Lifesaving Resources advocates the implementation of multiple and redundant Layers of Protection to prevent unauthorized access by young children into residential and multi-family complex swimming pools. We believe the Turtle is a very effective device when used properly to alert parents when a child has gained unsupervised access into the pool or other body of water. We also advocate the use of the Turtle in single-lifeguard facilities as a means to alert other staff that the lifeguard has entered the water during an emergency.  We currently include information and advocate the use of the Turtle Alarm System within our Professional Aquatics Safety Seminars.
